• Entités nosologiques: Alcoolodépendance. Pancréatite aiguë. Hypertension artérielle labile. Hépatopathie alcoolique. Dépression

Objectifs d'enseignement:

• Dépister un problème d’alcool et différencier le mode de présentation de l’alcoolo-dépendance de celui de la consommation excessive. Médecine communautaire et de premiers recours
• Déterminer le stade de changement d’un patient et l’attitude appropriée du soignant selon le stade. Psychiatrie
• Mener un premier entretien avec un patient qui présente un problème d’alcool. Psychologie médicale
• Prescrire et interpréter des examens biologiques de dépistage de la consommation excessive d’alcool . Psychologie médicale
• Connaître les différentes orientations thérapeutiques pour un patient présentant un problème d'alcool. Médecine communautaire et de premiers recours
• Instaurer un traitement de sevrage alcoolique au cabinet médical et connaître les contre-indications au sevrage ambulatoire. Psychiatrie
• Identifier les problèmes psychosociaux associés au problème d’alcool. Psychiatrie
